POSITION SUMMARY:

Conducts overall electrical works including but not limited to: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, as well as preparation of service reports as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on electrical, data, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
  • Prepare service reports as required.
  • Coordinates w/ client and internal customer re: progress and status of maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • With Tesda National Certification (NC II) or a graduate of any vocational course on electrical installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of work experience doing electrical works.
  • Must be willing to do field works and be assigned in any part of NCR/Luzon.
  • Applicants with driver's license has an advantage but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventive and corrective maintenance to client's HVAC equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts troubleshooting and repair on all HVAC equipment of clients.
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance routine with other technicians and electricians.
  • Handles and takes care of all the equipment that are being used.
  • Coordinates with area supervisor and team leader on service updates and reports.
  • Assists electricians and technicians in doing other maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vocational-technical course graduates in DOM-RAC or RAC Servicing NC II or III or any other related field of study.
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of air conditioning unit or related equipment.
  • At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.

2. Inspects and tests equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.

3. Repairs and rebuild defective parts in generator set, ACUs, and electrical devices using hand tools and power tools.

4. Reports to area supervisor the site situations that need supervisorial action and/or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).

5. Attends to emergency calls when necessary.

6. Prepares daily and weekly report of PM and CM activities as required.

 

Position Requirements:

Education:

Either graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology courses or Vocational Technical course in Automotive Servicing, DOM-RAC/RAC Servicing, and any other related field of study.

Experience: 

At least one (1) year of work experience with same capacity or background.  Knowledge on operating, repair, and maintenance of Gensets, and/or Air-conditioning unit.

Amenable to do field works and be assigned in other parts of NCR/Luzon Area when necessary.

Preferably with driving skills and a license.

Position Summary: This position is responsible in the monitoring and reporting of power related alarms of cell sites to Service Area Supervisors for proper action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors power related alarm and cascade relevant information for response to Area Supervisors.
2. Follow up status of alarmed cell sites to the Area Supervisor and Team Leaders.
3. Give reports of the status to the client’s facilities management, service manager, area supervisor.
4. Prepares and submits summary of monthly monitoring reports to the service manager and area supervisor.

1. Must be knowledgeable in electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.

Position requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs and manage workflow at field, tracks activities and progress of a project and provide reports and update to client, enforcing rules and ensuring safety compliance of team members. Integrates action plans in achieving the objectives of the department. Resolve workplace issues effectively and integrates harmonious working relationship with others.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sets performance goals align with the objectives of the department and develop strategies in attaining the targets
  2. Checks schedule of activity and work order from client's portal and plans work schedule of the team
  3. Provides copy of schedule to teams ensuring all sites have schedule and work order prior to visiting the site
  4. Determines and monitors consumables requirement and tools of the teams. Ensures its availability prior to start of the activity
  5. Processes request for access pass of sites with security access requirements including working permit
  6. Maintains adequate personnel for the effective performance of activities and prioritize dispatch team for service affecting site
  7. Ensures attendance, daily log-in, log-out at site and daily accomplishments of teams will be complied by the team.
  8. Checks and validates the accomplishments of team if in accordance to schedule and service level agreement
  9. Ensures the team conducts activities according to proper maintenance procedures and safety compliance
  10. Gives updates and reports to client for the accomplishments of team. This includes the photos taken before the after conducting activity
  11. Oversees all deficiencies found at the site during PMR and emergency call. Prepares quotation and ensures service affecting will be highlighted and address immediately by the client
  12. Monitors the history of repairs of equipment, changed oil and replacement of battery for all sites with generator set
  13. Conducts random on-site post audit for activities completed by teams and subcontractors
  14. Assists the troubleshooting activity of the team and ensures to record the corrective measures done to prevent recurrence of the same problem or outages
  15. Establishes rapport and maintain good relationship with clients
  16. Coordinates immediately the request for work order done during emergency restoration
  17. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures to his team
  18. Ensures that service vehicles and other company properties and assets are well-maintained
  19. Enforces security and safety regulations not limited to company policies but also to policies in the premises of client being served
  20. Attends operations meeting and conducts cycle or toolbox meeting with teams to review the previous activities and discuss other concerns and to assure alignment of team with company's direction
  21. Evaluates and appraises performance of teams
  22. Counsels technicians about work-related issues, motivates team members and ensures to correct job-skill deficiencies to improve performance and boost productivity
  23. Monitors budget adherence and recommends measures to optimize operating expenses and efficient strategy to continue to meet the budget goals or minimize direct and overhead costs
  24. Maintains work records and reports of information such as site database, accomplishment reports, incident reports, etc.
  25. Develops strategies that keep track performance of key processes which will be used by the department to create new methods and continually improve each process and the over-all operation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Position Summary:

This position is responsible in providing after-sales technical support and preventive maintenance with the clients and company's supported product and conduct testing, commissioning, as well as troubleshooting when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides after-sales technical support with clients.
  • Handles preventive maintenance activities to company's supported products.
  • Assist other department's technical support needs when necessary.
  • Responsible in taking care and managing department's tools and equipment.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, and other related tasks from time to time.

Position Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Tesda NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Building Wiring, and any other related field of study.
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Driving skills and license is a must.
  • Must be physically fit to do extensive technical and skilled works.
  • Preferably a Registered Master Electrician but not required.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in any part of the Philippines.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for leading the department's overall Preventive Maintenance activity with technicians and electricians including but not limited to: conducting troubleshooting and repair, coordination with clients, as well as preparation of necessary internal and external reports.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  8. Ensures that areas/sites of responsibility are well-maintained (i.e., housekeeping, grass cutting, etc.)
  9. Performs testing of equipment prior to installation such as but not limited to load testing of generators.
  10. Prepares daily and weekly report of PM activities.

 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Summary: Assists in the day-to-day administrative and clerical needs of the department.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains, monitor and updates database system, files, and inventory.
  • Prepares periodically (weekly, monthly, annually) the summary reports of accomplished preventive maintenance activities, sales, delivery, accrual, billing, and other related transactions.
  • Compiles, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, delivery receipts, liquidations, and preventive maintenance activities and accomplishments for documentation purposes.
  • Computes, record, and proofread data and other information, such as invoices, official records or reports.
  • Answers telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Specific Tasks:

Preventive Maintenance Monitoring

  • Monitors and encode documents of maintenance requests and service reports
  • Monitors and encode documents pertaining to consumables installed at sites.

Fuel Monitoring

  • Monitors fuel deliveries.
  • Prepares requests for facilities management’s approval and billing.
  • Coordinates with technicians/hauler regarding fuel status.
  • Prepares and reviews all documents for billing purposes.
  • Prepares cash advances when necessary for fuel purchases.

Consumables Monitoring

  • Monitors consumables deliveries.
  • Prepares request forms for billing purposes.

Position specifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word and number processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Must be knowledgeable of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Must know the basic command of English language rules of composition and grammar.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in supervision of technical activities, perform repair and maintenance with technicians to client’s facilities and equipment.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports directly to Assistant Manager and Department Head.
  • Coordinates with Technicians and Preventive Maintenance/Technical Coordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of clients’ certain equipment and facilities including electrical systems and panel board.
  • Carries out general repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and ensures compliance with building codes, instructions and manuals
  • Estimates material and labor cost
  • Determines requirements for installation, fabricating, and start-up; testing and servicing electric panel, transformer and grounding system and creates plan according to the requirements
  • Provides assistance and training to less experienced co-workers and carries out other duties that may be assigned
  • Performs assigned and scheduled work orders according to industry and company standard practices and procedures
  • Reviews Preventive Maintenance Service reports submitted by technicians
  • Troubleshoots defective equipment to identify cause of problems and repair needed.
  • Responsible in handling the company vehicle used during operations.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible in handling sales related tasks including but not limited to selling,
promoting, and marketing of FMIDC products and services, as well as expanding client networks and
maintaining good performance with existing clients.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:
- Directly reports to Technical and Sales VP as well as with Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor
- Coordinates with other Sales Executives/Sales Engineers

• Sell, promote, and market FMIDC products and services most especially consultants and designers to ensure product approval on their respective clients.

• Negotiates the proposal being submitted.
• Monitors the progress of the project from proposal to payment.

Support

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for materials acquisition of electrical, mechanical, & civil works project management, which includes tasks that are not limited to; evaluating of Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials, as well as sourcing and evaluating of suppliers & sub-contractors according to its price and quality appropriate with the project requirements.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports to Purchasing Supervisor and Purchasing Manager
  • Coordinates with personnel of requesting department, and other purchasing staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs sourcing of suppliers and service providers which will provide best quality products and services, best price, and favorable contract terms.
  • Evaluates requirements based on Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantity.
  • Establish competition among contractors and suppliers which will ultimately provide quality consistency and cost efficiency.
  • Conducts supplier accreditation which includes supplier background check, plant visit, and performance evaluation.
  • Negotiates for the price, terms of payment, and other conditions of the contract.
  • Ensures compliance to Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
  • Prepares and serves suppliers’ contract and Purchase Order with terms and conditions favorable to FMIDC.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Junior Supervisors/ Junior Engineers, Area Supervisors, Project Engineers, etc.
  • Familiarization and hands on with equipment (generators, air condition unit, etc.) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.
  • Exposure to field and office works.
  • Exposure in preparing Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, Delivery reports, etc.
  • Assists in the preparation and submission of statement of expenses (liquidation).
  • Assists in receiving and monitoring of emergency and service calls.
