Position Summary

The Collection Associate will manage the team's accounts receivables ensuring timely billing and payments. She will contact clients to follow up and monitor outstanding receivables while maintaining professionalism and trustworthiness.
She will manage and prepare invoicing and collection database reports based on her transactions and negotiations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing debt collection strategies with the team members.
  • Following up with the client for overdue payments.
  • Resolving customer credit concerns.
  • Documenting all the required details of payment progress.
  • Submit the mandatory reports as needed.
  • Establish good relationship/connections with clients.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in supervision of technical activities, perform repair and maintenance with technicians to client’s facilities and equipment.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports directly to Assistant Manager and Department Head.
  • Coordinates with Technicians and Preventive Maintenance/Technical Coordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of clients’ certain equipment and facilities including electrical systems and panel board.
  • Carries out general repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and ensures compliance with building codes, instructions and manuals
  • Estimates material and labor cost
  • Determines requirements for installation, fabricating, and start-up; testing and servicing electric panel, transformer and grounding system and creates plan according to the requirements
  • Provides assistance and training to less experienced co-workers and carries out other duties that may be assigned
  • Performs assigned and scheduled work orders according to industry and company standard practices and procedures
  • Reviews Preventive Maintenance Service reports submitted by technicians
  • Troubleshoots defective equipment to identify cause of problems and repair needed.
  • Responsible in handling the company vehicle used during operations.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in providing after-sales technical support and preventive maintenance with the clients and company's supported product and conduct testing, commissioning, as well as troubleshooting when necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides after-sales technical support with clients.
  • Handles preventive maintenance activities to company's supported products.
  • Assist other department's technical support needs when necessary.
  • Responsible in taking care and managing department's tools and equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible in creating sales promotional campaigns plan at regional level built on data driven analysis , understand client’s requirement to assist and come up with steps on how to execute and meet requirements. Determine and propose annual spare parts sales target and manage spare parts and services account receivables.

Support

Position Summary:  The incumbent is the point person of a team/group/department for any of their HR related concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the group's manpower requirements are served by coordinating with the Recruitment Associate
  • Assist in interviews, ( test administration and evaluation if in-house recruitment)
  • Endorses candidates to requesting heads from interviews until vacancy is filled
  • Prepares all signing documents for successful candidate
  • Prepares ID of the new hires
  • Endorses to CompBen Associate all signed documents needed for payroll and benefits inclusion (government numbers, ATM account, etc.)
  • Keeps database of employees under his/her group
  • Monitors movement and employment status of personnel under his/her group; inform heads if changes in status is underway
  • Coordinates/ Inform CompBen Associate the change of status of personnel under his/her group
  • Monitors government mandated benefits such as loan applications

Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible in overseeing the efficient and strict implementation of inventory management of his assigned distribution center in accordance with company’s standard operating procedure and policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Checks in-bound and out-bound shipments/deliveries and ensure they comply with specification/s indicated in the Purchase Order both quality and quantity before acceptance and dispatch.
  • Ensures on-time and accurate recording of delivery receipts, stock issuances, delivery returns, obsolescence, damaged goods, and other inventory transactions.
  • Maintains and reviews stock movement and recommend applicable reorder quantity and safety stock level.
  • Reviews all delivery documents (e.g. Invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders and ensure accuracy and consistency before receiving and dispatch.
  • Provides report on defective deliveries or non-compliance to specification and coordinate with Purchasing and requestor.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for materials acquisition of electrical, mechanical, & civil works project management, which includes tasks that are not limited to; evaluating of Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials, as well as sourcing and evaluating of suppliers & sub-contractors according to its price and quality appropriate with the project requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts supplier accreditation which includes supplier background check, plant visit, and performance evaluation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Junior Supervisors/ Junior Engineers, Area Supervisors, Project Engineers, etc.
  • Familiarization and hands on with equipment (generators, air condition unit, etc.) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

OPERATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
  • Inspects and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.
  • Repairs and rebuild defective mechanical parts in generator set and related equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Reports to maintenance engineer or supervisor site situations that need supervisorial actions or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).
  • Prepares daily and weekly report of PM activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least vocational-technical course graduates in electrical or mechanical field of study
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of generator set or related equipment

3. Repairs and rebuild defective parts in generator set, ACUs, and electrical devices using hand tools and power tools.

4. Reports to area supervisor the site situations that need supervisorial action and/or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).

5. Attends to emergency calls when necessary.

6. Prepares daily and weekly report of PM and CM activities as required.

 

Position Requirements:

Education:

Either graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology courses or Vocational Technical course in Automotive Servicing, DOM-RAC/RAC Servicing, and any other related field of study.

Experience: 

At least one (1) year of work experience with same capacity or background.  Knowledge on operating, repair, and maintenance of Gensets, and/or Air-conditioning unit.

Amenable to do field works and be assigned in other parts of NCR/Luzon Area when necessary.

Position Summary: This position is responsible in the monitoring and reporting of power related alarms of cell sites to Service Area Supervisors for proper action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors power related alarm and cascade relevant information for response to Area Supervisors.
2. Follow up status of alarmed cell sites to the Area Supervisor and Team Leaders.
3. Give reports of the status to the client’s facilities management, service manager, area supervisor.
4. Prepares and submits summary of monthly monitoring reports to the service manager and area supervisor.
