POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for leading the department's overall Preventive Maintenance activity with technicians and electricians including but not limited to: conducting troubleshooting and repair, coordination with clients, as well as preparation of necessary internal and external reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on Electrical, Data, and UPS with technicians and electricians.
  • Prepare required reports both internal and external.
  • Coordinates w/ client and internal customer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer, RME is a plus.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Knowledge in electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Must be physically fit to do extensive technical and skilled works.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in any part of NCR/Luzon Area.
POSITION TITLE: FIELD ENGINEER (SURVEY / DESIGN / COSTING)
DEPARTMENT: Operations Project Team (OPT)
 
OBJECTIVE:
Establish the duties and responsibilities of a Field Engineer (Survey / Design /Costing)
 
DUTIES:
Site Survey
1 Must have extensive experience in drawing site lay-out with precise
measurement
2 Should find no difficulty generating a comprehensive Technical Site
Survey Report (TSSR)
3 Needs to be well versed in taking site photos with emphasis to pertinent
details
Plan & Design
1 Must have a deep knowledge in CAD drawing; 2D & 3D Modelling,
Isometric & Orthographic Projection
BOM/BOQ & Costing
1 Must be well versed to derive materials to be used from detailed design
drawings
2 Need superb knowledge in specifications & standards of materials to be

Position Summary: This position is responsible in the monitoring and reporting of power related alarms of cell sites to Service Area Supervisors for proper action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors power related alarm and cascade relevant information for response to Area Supervisors.
2. Follow up status of alarmed cell sites to the Area Supervisor and Team Leaders.
3. Give reports of the status to the client’s facilities management, service manager, area supervisor.
4. Prepares and submits summary of monthly monitoring reports to the service manager and area supervisor.

Position specifications:

1. Must be knowledgeable in electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
2. Must have above average mathematical and logical reasoning abilities.

Position Title: AREA SUPERVISOR
 
ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:
-Reports to Department Head
-Coordinates with Area Supervisors, Electricians, Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, Clients,
and other co-workers.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees schedule, sequence, and assignment for work activities based on work priority, quantity,
and skills of personnel.
• Monitors service to ensure that instructions are followed, deadline are met, and schedules are
maintained.
• Plans work schedules and assigned duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of
activities and responds to changing workloads.
• Confers with clients’ representative, team leaders and/or sub-contractors to coordinate work
activities.
• Informs and explains team leaders regarding job/work orders.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Conducts overall electrical works including but not limited to: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, as well as preparation of service reports as required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventive and corrective maintenance to client's HVAC equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts troubleshooting and repair on all HVAC equipment of clients.
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance routine with other technicians and electricians.
  • Handles and takes care of all the equipment that are being used.
  • Coordinates with area supervisor and team leader on service updates and reports.
  • Assists electricians and technicians in doing other maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vocational-technical course graduates in DOM-RAC or RAC Servicing NC II or III or any other related field of study.
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of air conditioning unit or related equipment.
  • At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.

2. Inspects and tests equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.

3. Repairs and rebuild defective parts in generator set, ACUs, and electrical devices using hand tools and power tools.

4. Reports to area supervisor the site situations that need supervisorial action and/or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).

5. Attends to emergency calls when necessary.

6. Prepares daily and weekly report of PM and CM activities as required.

 

Position Requirements:

Education:

Either graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology courses or Vocational Technical course in Automotive Servicing, DOM-RAC/RAC Servicing, and any other related field of study.

Experience: 

At least one (1) year of work experience with same capacity or background.  Knowledge on operating, repair, and maintenance of Gensets, and/or Air-conditioning unit.

Amenable to do field works and be assigned in other parts of NCR/Luzon Area when necessary.

Position Summary: Assists in the day-to-day administrative and clerical needs of the department.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains, monitor and updates database system, files, and inventory.
  • Prepares periodically (weekly, monthly, annually) the summary reports of accomplished preventive maintenance activities, sales, delivery, accrual, billing, and other related transactions.
  • Compiles, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, delivery receipts, liquidations, and preventive maintenance activities and accomplishments for documentation purposes.
  • Computes, record, and proofread data and other information, such as invoices, official records or reports.
  • Answers telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Specific Tasks:

Preventive Maintenance Monitoring

  • Monitors and encode documents of maintenance requests and service reports
  • Monitors and encode documents pertaining to consumables installed at sites.

Fuel Monitoring

  • Monitors fuel deliveries.
  • Prepares requests for facilities management’s approval and billing.
  • Coordinates with technicians/hauler regarding fuel status.
  • Prepares and reviews all documents for billing purposes.
  • Prepares cash advances when necessary for fuel purchases.

Consumables Monitoring

  • Monitors consumables deliveries.
  • Prepares request forms for billing purposes.

Position specifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word and number processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Must be knowledgeable of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Must know the basic command of English language rules of composition and grammar.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
  • Inspects and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.
  • Repairs and rebuild defective mechanical parts in generator set and related equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Reports to maintenance engineer or supervisor site situations that need supervisorial actions or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least vocational-technical course graduates in electrical or mechanical field of study
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of generator set or related equipment
  • At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible in providing after-sales technical support and preventive maintenance with the clients and company's supported product and conduct testing, commissioning, as well as troubleshooting when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides after-sales technical support with clients.
  • Handles preventive maintenance activities to company's supported products.
  • Assist other department's technical support needs when necessary.
  • Responsible in taking care and managing department's tools and equipment.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, and other related tasks from time to time.

Position Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Tesda NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Building Wiring, and any other related field of study.
  • With at least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Driving skills and license is a must.

Sales

POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent is responsible in handling sales related tasks including but not limited to selling,
promoting, and marketing of FMIDC products and services, as well as expanding client networks and
maintaining good performance with existing clients.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:
- Directly reports to Technical and Sales VP as well as with Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor
- Coordinates with other Sales Executives/Sales Engineers

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:
- NOT APPLICABLE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Sell, promote, and market FMIDC products and services most especially consultants and designers to ensure product approval on their respective clients.
• Expands client networks and maintain good performance with old clients.
• Do cost estimates and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
• Do pre-selling techniques and conduct product presentation.
• Negotiates the proposal being submitted.
• Monitors the progress of the project from proposal to payment.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the testing and commissioning, after-sales
support, and maintenance activities relevant to FMIDC’s core products and clients’ equipment; providing
technical support to the Sales and Business Development Department, attend meetings and biddings
when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical support to the Sales and Business Development Department with regard to
FMIDC’s core products.
2. Prepares quotations, technical specifications, technical drawings, and the like.
3. Implements assigned projects within the scope of work, schedule, and budget.
4. Attend meetings, bidding, and the like.
5. Supervises technicians and subcontractors.
6. Provides daily updates to Project Supervisor and Senior Project Manager.

POSITION SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of clients’ certain equipment and facilities including electrical systems and panel board.
  • Carries out general repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and ensures compliance with building codes, instructions and manuals

A CAD Operator is responsible for creating or revising technical drawings that involve electrical, mechanical, structural, etc. CAD Operator coordinates all requirements to the project engineers to gather accurate data prior to creating drawings.

Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible in closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items; ensure proper storage of products and materials in warehouse or hubs and ensuring proper documentation and recording of stock receiving, stock issuance and damage goods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily with the Area Supervisor/Team leader the movements of inventory of each assigned hub (incoming, outgoing and internal transfer – hub to hub)

2. Updates in the system the actual movements of inventory based on valid documents signed by Team leader/Technician

3. Receipts - Receiving of items from Main Warehouse, Direct Delivery (PO) or from Cash Advance/Reimbursement

4. Internal Transfer – Transfer of items from hub to another hub

5. Delivery Order – Delivery of items to customer

6. Stock Transfer Request – Requesting of items from Main Warehouse

7. Ensures timely and accurate encoding of Delivery Receipts (DR)

8. Follows up copies of DR from Team leader/Technician thru messaging app

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a boom truck crane to load, unload, and deliver items and equipment to project sites.

• Ensure all boom truck procedures and checklists are followed before any lifting activity.

• Always maintain a “Safety Comes First” attitude.

• Maintain the cleanliness of both the exterior and interior of the boom and crane trucks.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on the boom truck.

• Immediately report any needed repairs to the Operations Department and Safety Officer.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Junior Supervisors/ Junior Engineers, Area Supervisors, Project Engineers, etc.
  • Familiarization and hands on with equipment (generators, air condition unit, etc.) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.
  • Exposure to field and office works.
  • Exposure in preparing Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, Delivery reports, etc.
  • Assists in the preparation and submission of statement of expenses (liquidation).
  • Assists in receiving and monitoring of emergency and service calls.
  • Assists in fuel delivery (refueling on site).
  • Monitors use of materials and resources needed for service operations.
  • Assists in ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are in good conditions.
  • Assists in preparing requisitions of needed resources or.
  • Participates in meeting called by superiors.

Position specifications:

  • Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to exhibit a high-level knowledge on engineering material and equipment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Have leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to do field works within and outside NCR.

Education: Engineering Graduate ( Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communications)

  • Experience: No experience required.
  • Note: The Cadet Engineer Training has a bond or locked in period of 24 months in the Company in exchange of the rigorous learning and development, as well as skills enhancement.
