OPERATIONS
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
- Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:
Education:

At least one (1) year of work experience with same capacity or background. Knowledge on operating, repair, and maintenance of Gensets, and/or Air-conditioning unit.

Position Summary: This position is responsible in the monitoring and reporting of power related alarms of cell sites to Service Area Supervisors for proper action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors power related alarm and cascade relevant information for response to Area Supervisors.
2. Follow up status of alarmed cell sites to the Area Supervisor and Team Leaders.
3. Give reports of the status to the client’s facilities management, service manager, area supervisor.
4. Prepares and submits summary of monthly monitoring reports to the service manager and area supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs and manage workflow at field, tracks activities and progress of a project and provide reports and update to client, enforcing rules and ensuring safety compliance of team members. Integrates action plans in achieving the objectives of the department. Resolve workplace issues effectively and integrates harmonious working relationship with others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets performance goals align with the objectives of the department and develop strategies in attaining the targets
- Checks schedule of activity and work order from client's portal and plans work schedule of the team
- Provides copy of schedule to teams ensuring all sites have schedule and work order prior to visiting the site
- Determines and monitors consumables requirement and tools of the teams. Ensures its availability prior to start of the activity
- Processes request for access pass of sites with security access requirements including working permit
- Maintains adequate personnel for the effective performance of activities and prioritize dispatch team for service affecting site
- Ensures attendance, daily log-in, log-out at site and daily accomplishments of teams will be complied by the team.
- Checks and validates the accomplishments of team if in accordance to schedule and service level agreement
- Ensures the team conducts activities according to proper maintenance procedures and safety compliance
- Gives updates and reports to client for the accomplishments of team. This includes the photos taken before the after conducting activity
- Oversees all deficiencies found at the site during PMR and emergency call. Prepares quotation and ensures service affecting will be highlighted and address immediately by the client
- Monitors the history of repairs of equipment, changed oil and replacement of battery for all sites with generator set
- Conducts random on-site post audit for activities completed by teams and subcontractors
- Assists the troubleshooting activity of the team and ensures to record the corrective measures done to prevent recurrence of the same problem or outages
- Establishes rapport and maintain good relationship with clients
- Coordinates immediately the request for work order done during emergency restoration
- Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures to his team
- Ensures that service vehicles and other company properties and assets are well-maintained
- Enforces security and safety regulations not limited to company policies but also to policies in the premises of client being served
- Attends operations meeting and conducts cycle or toolbox meeting with teams to review the previous activities and discuss other concerns and to assure alignment of team with company's direction

- Counsels technicians about work-related issues, motivates team members and ensures to correct job-skill deficiencies to improve performance and boost productivity
- Monitors budget adherence and recommends measures to optimize operating expenses and efficient strategy to continue to meet the budget goals or minimize direct and overhead costs
- Maintains work records and reports of information such as site database, accomplishment reports, incident reports, etc.
- Develops strategies that keep track performance of key processes which will be used by the department to create new methods and continually improve each process and the over-all operation.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Conducts overall electrical works including but not limited to: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, as well as preparation of service reports as required.

Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining pool of qualified partners (suppliers and subcontractors) needed nationwide to support requirements of the end-users, which includes tasks that are not limited to; evaluating capabilities of the potential partners including financial, performance and legitimacy of the business. This also includes keeping updated record of active partners for department’s reference.
Responsibilities:
1. Performs sourcing of suppliers and service providers which will provide best quality products and services, best price, and favorable contract terms.
2. Conducts supplier accreditation which includes supplier background check, plant visit, and coordinate with buyers regarding performance and compliance.
3. Evaluates Supplier Accreditation documents if qualified to be FMIDC’s partner which will ultimately provide quality consistency and cost efficiency.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Junior Supervisors/ Junior Engineers, Area Supervisors, Project Engineers, etc.
- Familiarization and hands on with equipment (generators, air condition unit, etc.) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.
- Exposure to field and office works.
- Exposure in preparing Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, Delivery reports, etc.
- Assists in the preparation and submission of statement of expenses (liquidation).
- Assists in receiving and monitoring of emergency and service calls.
- Assists in fuel delivery (refueling on site).
- Monitors use of materials and resources needed for service operations.
- Assists in ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are in good conditions.

- Handles processing of government-mandated benefits under SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig
- Generates certificate of contributions and loan remittances to government offices upon employee request
- Collates generated government statutory report for review, and ensures submission and posting to government offices and other company partners on a timely manner
- Maintain personnel database regarding benefits
- Reports to HR Head regarding daily activities and issues
