Position Summary: This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

Position Summary: The incumbent is the point person of a team/group/department for any of their HR related concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the group's manpower requirements are served by coordinating with the Recruitment Associate
- Assist in interviews, ( test administration and evaluation if in-house recruitment)
- Endorses candidates to requesting heads from interviews until vacancy is filled
- Prepares all signing documents for successful candidate
- Prepares ID of the new hires
- Endorses to CompBen Associate all signed documents needed for payroll and benefits inclusion (government numbers, ATM account, etc.)

Position Summary:
The incumbent will be the point of contact of the assigned business unit's HR-related needs and concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinates with Recruitment Staff all manpower needs/requests of the business unit.
- Handles end to end recruitment process from assessment to on-boarding.
Records/Reports Preparation and Management
- Updates and maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel data such as vacancies, hires, transfers, and resignations.
- Submits reports required by HR head from time to time.
- Prepares documents requested by employees such as Certificate of Employment.
Training & Development
- Coordinates with the business unit heads during the planning period regarding the identified training needs of employees.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is the single point of contact between customer and service operations. Ensuring that all service requests are attended and resolved on time. A Help Desk Specialist will strictly follow established process from call handling, system logging, dispatching and monitoring - up to updating service requests to the system.
