OPERATIONS

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs and manage workflow at field, tracks activities and progress of a project and provide reports and update to client, enforcing rules and ensuring safety compliance of team members. Integrates action plans in achieving the objectives of the department. Resolve workplace issues effectively and integrates harmonious working relationship with others.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sets performance goals align with the objectives of the department and develop strategies in attaining the targets
  2. Checks schedule of activity and work order from client's portal and plans work schedule of the team
  3. Provides copy of schedule to teams ensuring all sites have schedule and work order prior to visiting the site
  4. Determines and monitors consumables requirement and tools of the teams. Ensures its availability prior to start of the activity
  5. Processes request for access pass of sites with security access requirements including working permit
  6. Maintains adequate personnel for the effective performance of activities and prioritize dispatch team for service affecting site
  7. Ensures attendance, daily log-in, log-out at site and daily accomplishments of teams will be complied by the team.
  8. Checks and validates the accomplishments of team if in accordance to schedule and service level agreement
  9. Ensures the team conducts activities according to proper maintenance procedures and safety compliance
  10. Gives updates and reports to client for the accomplishments of team. This includes the photos taken before the after conducting activity
  11. Oversees all deficiencies found at the site during PMR and emergency call. Prepares quotation and ensures service affecting will be highlighted and address immediately by the client
  12. Monitors the history of repairs of equipment, changed oil and replacement of battery for all sites with generator set
  13. Conducts random on-site post audit for activities completed by teams and subcontractors
  14. Assists the troubleshooting activity of the team and ensures to record the corrective measures done to prevent recurrence of the same problem or outages
  15. Establishes rapport and maintain good relationship with clients
  16. Coordinates immediately the request for work order done during emergency restoration
  17. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures to his team
  18. Ensures that service vehicles and other company properties and assets are well-maintained
  19. Enforces security and safety regulations not limited to company policies but also to policies in the premises of client being served
  20. Attends operations meeting and conducts cycle or toolbox meeting with teams to review the previous activities and discuss other concerns and to assure alignment of team with company's direction
  21. Evaluates and appraises performance of teams
  22. Counsels technicians about work-related issues, motivates team members and ensures to correct job-skill deficiencies to improve performance and boost productivity
  23. Monitors budget adherence and recommends measures to optimize operating expenses and efficient strategy to continue to meet the budget goals or minimize direct and overhead costs
  24. Maintains work records and reports of information such as site database, accomplishment reports, incident reports, etc.
  25. Develops strategies that keep track performance of key processes which will be used by the department to create new methods and continually improve each process and the over-all operation.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
  • Inspects and test equipment in order to locate damage or worn parts and diagnose malfunctions, or read work orders to determine required repairs.
  • Repairs and rebuild defective mechanical parts in generator set and related equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Reports to maintenance engineer or supervisor site situations that need supervisorial actions or decision (those that are out of scope of the routine preventive maintenance).
  • Prepares daily and weekly report of PM activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least vocational-technical course graduates in electrical or mechanical field of study
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of generator set or related equipment
  • At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Conducts overall electrical works including but not limited to: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, as well as preparation of service reports as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on electrical, data, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
  • Prepare service reports as required.
  • Coordinates w/ client and internal customer re: progress and status of maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • With Tesda National Certification (NC II) or a graduate of any vocational course on electrical installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • At least 1 year of work experience doing electrical works.
  • Must be willing to do field works and be assigned in any part of NCR/Luzon.
  • Applicants with driver's license has an advantage but not required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventive and corrective maintenance to client's HVAC equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts troubleshooting and repair on all HVAC equipment of clients.
  • Performs preventive and corrective maintenance routine with other technicians and electricians.
  • Handles and takes care of all the equipment that are being used.
  • Coordinates with area supervisor and team leader on service updates and reports.
  • Assists electricians and technicians in doing other maintenance works.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vocational-technical course graduates in DOM-RAC or RAC Servicing NC II or III or any other related field of study.
  • Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of air conditioning unit or related equipment.
  • At least one (1) year working experience of the same capacity or background.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is the single point of contact between customer and service operations. Ensuring that all service requests are attended and resolved on time. A Help Desk Specialist will strictly follow established process from call handling, system logging, dispatching and monitoring - up to updating service requests to the system. He/she also assists and coordinates service requests with the different personnel in the operations; provides accurate and timely monitoring reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports directly to Help Desk Team Lead.
  • Coordinates with Supervisors, Managers, and field personnel.

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives service requests through phone calls and emails.
  • Interviews customers and log all information regarding service request.
  • Assists customers in determining problem of the requested service.
  • Coordinates service request and scheduled activities to field personnel.
  • Updates service requests to system and customer.
  • Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Tracks and closes escalation process.
  • Escalates service request exceeding SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Maintains a high level of courteous customer service at all times.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Office Administration / Marketing / Public Relations / Information Technology / Communications or other related field of study.
  • Experience working in a field of customer service/relations preferably with same capacity or background.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for leading the department's overall Preventive Maintenance activity with technicians and electricians including but not limited to: conducting troubleshooting and repair, coordination with clients, as well as preparation of necessary internal and external reports.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on Electrical, Data, and UPS with technicians and electricians.
  • Prepare required reports both internal and external.
  • Coordinates w/ client and internal customer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer, RME is a plus.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of work experience in repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Knowledge in electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Must be physically fit to do extensive technical and skilled works.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in any part of NCR/Luzon Area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Vendor Manager orders services from various suppliers required by operation. Their job duties include selecting different services, negotiating contracts, and evaluating performance. They also manage relationships with different vendors, keep accurate documentation, resolve problems and issues, and streamline the difference processes from accreditation to payments of suppliers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and runs the daily operation of admin supplier support
  • Expand the current pool of suppliers nationwide
  • Develop methods for evaluating new vendor
  • Maintains records of vendor Skills Matrix.
  • Develop criterias for selecting vendors for a specific requirement
  • Maintains vendor’s database
  • Develop and establish frameworks for managing and developing suppliers
  • Develop skills training plans for suppliers
  • Recommends process improvements, standards, metrics, templates, surveys/scorecards, automation and analysis tools that will streamline and strengthen vendor performance monitoring and governance
  • Initiates, establishes, drives and maintains good working partnership with Suppliers
  • Handles the relevant terms and contents of service contracts to support both operational and regulatory laws, policies, procedures and requirements
  • Evaluates and interprets service contracts to determine applicability and acceptability based on agreed SOW
  • Checks and analyse Supplier performance reports if within the agreed SLAs
  • Collates and reviews cases wherein Suppliers did not meet agreed SLA
  • Assess and coordinates with suppliers on the accuracy and relevance of processes and inventories
  • Be involved on all upcoming projects of operation regarding the manpower requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between Suppliers and Operation as well as other business units

Support

Position Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaning records of all inventory movement and transactions. Ensures on-time and accurate recording of delivery receipts, stock issuances, delivery returns, damaged goods ans all other inventory transactions. Review and monitor re-order ponit and initiate action to replenish stocks

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory stcok movement and review appicable re-order pont and safety stock level.
  • Maintain good record and controls which provide an audit trail and assure efficiency and honesty.
  • Review inventory reports to identify discrepancies in data.
  • Analyze inventory transactions and resolve expectations and shrinkage
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of delivery receipts, stock issuances, returns, obsolescent, damaged goods and other inventory transactions.
  • Perfoms physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to system and computer generated report.
  • Receive, unpack and delivers goods, replenish as necessary and label shelves
  • Review all delivery documents (e.g. invoices, delivery receipts and purchase orders and ensure accuracy and consistency before encoding.
  • Perform inventory analysis and management to avoid understocking and overstock.
  • generate and maintain daily inventory reports.

Position Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or other related courses
  • Preferably with one (1) year of experience in Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehousing or Supply Chain

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for materials acquisition of electrical, mechanical, & civil works project management, which includes tasks that are not limited to; evaluating of Bill of Quantity and Bill of Materials, as well as sourcing and evaluating of suppliers & sub-contractors according to its price and quality appropriate with the project requirements.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports to Purchasing Supervisor and Purchasing Manager
  • Coordinates with personnel of requesting department, and other purchasing staff.

SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs sourcing of suppliers and service providers which will provide best quality products and services, best price, and favorable contract terms.
  • Evaluates requirements based on Bill of Materials and Bill of Quantity.
  • Establish competition among contractors and suppliers which will ultimately provide quality consistency and cost efficiency.
  • Conducts supplier accreditation which includes supplier background check, plant visit, and performance evaluation.
  • Negotiates for the price, terms of payment, and other conditions of the contract.
  • Ensures compliance to Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
  • Prepares and serves suppliers’ contract and Purchase Order with terms and conditions favorable to FMIDC.
  • Evaluates and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine need for changes.
  • Maintains good records and controls which provide an audit trail and assure efficiency and honesty.
  • Works cross functionally with requesting departments and achieve high degree of cooperation and coordination.
  • Communicates openly with the requestor regarding status update of requisition and Purchase Order, or Work Order.

POSITION SUMMARY:  

The incumbent is the point person of a team/group/department for any of their HR related concerns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures that the group's manpower requirements are served by coordinating with the Recruitment Associate
  • Assist in interviews, ( test administration and evaluation if in-house recruitment)
  • Endorses candidates to requesting heads from interviews until vacancy is filled
  • Prepares all signing documents for successful candidate
  • Prepares ID of the new hires
  • Endorses to CompBen Associate all signed documents needed for payroll and benefits inclusion (government numbers, ATM account, etc.)
  • Keeps database of employees under his/her group
  • Monitors movement and employment status of personnel under his/her group; inform heads if changes in status is underway

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in supervision of technical activities, perform repair and maintenance with technicians to client’s facilities and equipment.

ORGANIZATIONAL SETTING:

  • Reports directly to Assistant Manager and Department Head.
  • Coordinates with Technicians and Preventive Maintenance/Technical Coordinator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of clients’ certain equipment and facilities including electrical systems and panel board.
  • Carries out general repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting problems and ensures compliance with building codes, instructions and manuals
  • Estimates material and labor cost
  • Determines requirements for installation, fabricating, and start-up; testing and servicing electric panel, transformer and grounding system and creates plan according to the requirements
  • Provides assistance and training to less experienced co-workers and carries out other duties that may be assigned
  • Performs assigned and scheduled work orders according to industry and company standard practices and procedures
  • Reviews Preventive Maintenance Service reports submitted by technicians
  • Troubleshoots defective equipment to identify cause of problems and repair needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible in providing after-sales technical support and preventive maintenance with the clients and company's supported product and conduct testing, commissioning, as well as troubleshooting when necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides after-sales technical support with clients.
  • Handles preventive maintenance activities to company's supported products.
  • Assist other department's technical support needs when necessary.

  • Assists all Business Development Department project concerns.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Oversees all logistics operations which includes warehousing inventory management and distribution. Ensures efficient logistics support is provided to operations group e.g., consumables, materials, equipment, tools and services.

  • Coordinates with personnel of requesting department, and other supply chain staff.

  • Supervise Logistics Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
