Position Summary: Provide patient care and administer first aid treatment to employees of the company. Work with EHS committee in implementation of Safety Programs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
2. Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
3. Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
4. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
5. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

Position requirements:
Education

Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and for applying accounting policies and procedures related to accounts receivables for billings to customers and clients. Ensures all services delivered and/or rendered by the Company are properly invoiced for billing purposes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receives the various documents related to preventive maintenance, consumables/supply, special projects, fuel hauling and fuel reimbursement from different departments and applies accounting policies and procedures
2. Verifies all documents’ particulars are correctly encoded in the accounting system and in parallel computer database, logbook, as well as in the Request for Payment (RFP) and /or Billing Summary. If with corrections, said documents will be returned to transmitter or corrections will be made as necessary.
3. Prepare Sales Invoice and Statement of Account for the verification and signature of Accounting Supervisor and Manager.
4. Separates copies of Sales Invoices and distributes
5. Make journal entries/ encode in the accounting system all Sales Invoice.
6. Updates Sales Invoice on Invoice Monitoring and manual monitoring.
7. Prepares and submits Monthly Sales Invoice Monitoring Report to AR Supervisor and concerned Department Managers.

Others:
1. Receives, encodes details, and monitors Delivery Receipt (DR)
2. Email updated list of DR to Area Supervisor of Service Dept. and /or Project Coordinator of Marketing group accounted to them.
3. Prepares Monthly Summary Report of Delivery Receipt.
4. Submits monitoring to Accounting Inventory Staff
5. Sorts and files Delivery Receipt per series, area and month rendered

Position specifications:

Position Summary: Responsible for assessing the Company’s internal processes, assists in improving Company’s internal control by identifying key risk areas and make recommendations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, coordinates and collaborates with all concerned department to ensure full compliances of rules and regulations with the government regulatory agencies both local and national.
  • Reviews and evaluates compliances issues and concerns within the organization and make reports and recommendations
  • Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies and procedures and evaluating and recommending the initiation of investigation procedure
  • Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violation to the President or VP/CFO.
  • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation
  • Performs audit of business processes and communicates audit progress and findings by preparing audit reports and recommendations.
  • Plans financial audits by understandinf organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit programs.
  • Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program; validation and analyzing records, operating practices and documents and its required attachments in compliance with the cash advances, expense reimbursement and liquidation policies and payment voucher.
  • Communicates audit progress and findings by providing information in status meetings; highlighting unresolved issues; reviewing working papers; preparing final audit reports.
  • Participate in conducting actual/physical inventory of supplies, consumables, tools and PPE for warehouse, hubs and head office.
  • Perform unannounced spot cash counting at Cashier and to Cash Advance custodians
  • Conducts spot field audit to various hubs and sites.
  • Conduct and perform any audit activity needed from time to time.

OPERATIONS

Position Summary: This position is responsible in the monitoring and reporting of power related alarms of cell sites to Service Area Supervisors for proper action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors power related alarm and cascade relevant information for response to Area Supervisors.
2. Follow up status of alarmed cell sites to the Area Supervisor and Team Leaders.
3. Give reports of the status to the client’s facilities management, service manager, area supervisor.
4. Prepares and submits summary of monthly monitoring reports to the service manager and area supervisor.

Position Summary: Assists in the day-to-day administrative and clerical needs of the department.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains, monitor and updates database system, files, and inventory.
  • Prepares periodically (weekly, monthly, annually) the summary reports of accomplished preventive maintenance activities, sales, delivery, accrual, billing, and other related transactions.
  • Compiles, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, delivery receipts, liquidations, and preventive maintenance activities and accomplishments for documentation purposes.
  • Computes, record, and proofread data and other information, such as invoices, official records or reports.
  • Answers telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Specific Tasks:

Preventive Maintenance Monitoring

  • Monitors and encode documents of maintenance requests and service reports

Fuel Monitoring

  • Monitors fuel deliveries.
  • Prepares requests for facilities management’s approval and billing.
  • Coordinates with technicians/hauler regarding fuel status.

  • Prepares cash advances when necessary for fuel purchases.

Consumables Monitoring

  • Monitors consumables deliveries.
  • Prepares request forms for billing purposes.

Position specifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word and number processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Position Summary: Performs and manage workflow at field, tracks activities and progress of a project and provide reports and update to client, enforcing rules and ensuring safety compliance of team members. Integrates action plans in achieving the objectives of the department. Resolve workplace issues effectively and integrates harmonious working relationship with others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Sets performance goals align with the objectives of the department and develop strategies in attaining the targets
  2. Checks schedule of activity and work order from client's portal and plans work schedule of the team
  3. Provides copy of schedule to teams ensuring all sites have schedule and work order prior to visiting the site
  4. Determines and monitors consumables requirement and tools of the teams. Ensures its availability prior to start of the activity
  5. Processes request for access pass of sites with security access requirements including working permit
  6. Maintains adequate personnel for the effective performance of activities and prioritize dispatch team for service affecting site
  7. Ensures attendance, daily log-in, log-out at site and daily accomplishments of teams will be complied by the team.
  8. Checks and validates the accomplishments of team if in accordance to schedule and service level agreement
  9. Ensures the team conducts activities according to proper maintenance procedures and safety compliance
  10. Gives updates and reports to client for the accomplishments of team. This includes the photos taken before the after conducting activity
  11. Oversees all deficiencies found at the site during PMR and emergency call. Prepares quotation and ensures service affecting will be highlighted and address immediately by the client
  12. Monitors the history of repairs of equipment, changed oil and replacement of battery for all sites with generator set
  13. Conducts random on-site post audit for activities completed by teams and subcontractors
  14. Assists the troubleshooting activity of the team and ensures to record the corrective measures done to prevent recurrence of the same problem or outages
  15. Establishes rapport and maintain good relationship with clients
  16. Coordinates immediately the request for work order done during emergency restoration
  17. Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures to his team
  18. Ensures that service vehicles and other company properties and assets are well-maintained
  19. Enforces security and safety regulations not limited to company policies but also to policies in the premises of client being served
  20. Attends operations meeting and conducts cycle or toolbox meeting with teams to review the previous activities and discuss other concerns and to assure alignment of team with company's direction
  21. Evaluates and appraises performance of teams
  22. Counsels technicians about work-related issues, motivates team members and ensures to correct job-skill deficiencies to improve performance and boost productivity
  23. Monitors budget adherence and recommends measures to optimize operating expenses and efficient strategy to continue to meet the budget goals or minimize direct and overhead costs
  24. Maintains work records and reports of information such as site database, accomplishment reports, incident reports, etc.
  25. Develops strategies that keep track performance of key processes which will be used by the department to create new methods and continually improve each process and the over-all operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plans and prepares schedule of maintenance works and activities of technicians
2. Oversees that schedules are carried out by monitoring the daily activities of technicians evert shift through actual or visual checking of services rendered by technicians-on-duty
3. Trains and/or orients technicians on standard operating procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance processes, and other related know-how
4. Checksand logs regularly the status of facilities' parameters and equipment's readin gauges to determine that these are all in good state
5. Updates and completes regularly the reports and checklists for easy and proper turn-over to incoming technician-on-duty for all shifting schedule
6. Keeps an eye on weather conditions to ascertain that power supply will not be interrupted and positions power generators on stand-by
7. Coordinates with local government officials and/or cooperatives' representatives regarding power supply concerns
8. Prepares and submit on a regular basis reports such as but not limited to accomplishments, equipment failure, incidents, discrepancies, and other that may be related to work activities to immediate superior

  • Performs regular visit to branches to check the actual quality of works of the team and get feedback from client
  • Prepares technical audit report on findings and provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Provide assistance to workers in performing their scope of work if necessary

Position summary: The incumbent is responsible in closely monitoring inbound, internal transfer and outbound deliveries of items; ensure proper storage of products and materials in warehouse or hubs and ensuring proper documentation and recording of stock receiving, stock issuance and damage goods

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with the Area Supervisor/Team leader the movements of inventory of each assigned hub (incoming, outgoing and internal transfer – hub to hub)
  • Updates in the system the actual movements of inventory based on valid documents signed by Team leader/Technician
    • Receipts - Receiving of items from Main Warehouse, Direct Delivery (PO) or from Cash Advance /Reimbursement
    • Internal Transfer – Transfer of items from hub to another hub
    • Delivery Order – Delivery of items to customer
    • Stock Transfer Request – Requesting of items from Main Warehouse
  • Ensures timely and accurate encoding of Delivery Receipts (DR)
    • Follows up copies of DR from Team leader/Technician thru messaging app
    • Encodes DR in the Delivery Order dashboard of particular hub
    • Receives hard copy of DRs 1-2 days (OLA of Team leader/Technician) from served date (Follows up hard copy of DR from Team leader/Technician)
    • Creates Invoice from the encoded DRs
    • Forwards to Service staff the hard copy of DRs subject for invoicing
  • Ensures accurate recording of obsolescence, damaged goods, delivery
    returns and other inventory transactions
  • Maintain and review stock movement and recommend applicable reorder of each item in each hub
  • Ensures proper storage of products and materials
  • Maintain communication with Area Supervisor, Team leader and Technician of each hub
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior

Others:

  • Prepares inventory reports as requested by immediate superior or Inventory Analyst/Accounting
  • Assists in actual inventory count and ensures actual count of items are matched with the system record
  • Provides report on defective deliveries or noncompliance to specification and coordinate with Purchasing and concerned Area Supervisor

Position Summary: Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective clients and consultants; generates new business and /or projects for the Company’s products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Do product presentation as pre-selling technique
2. Generate new accounts outside Metro Manila such as manufacturing and industrial company, hotels and restaurant
3. Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target
4. Maximize sales revenue within existing and prospect clients
5. Develop strong relationship between company and customer via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
6. Participate in bidding, site inspection and submit comprehensive proposals based on clients' needs
7. Monitor and report on-going projects
8. Visit potential customers for new business
9. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
10. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
11. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstration

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The incumbent is responsible of handling sales related tasks but not limited to selling, promoting, and marketing of FMIDC products and services, as well as expanding client networks and maintaining good performance with existing clients.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell, promote, and market FMIDC products and services most especially consultants and designers to ensure product approval on their respective clients.
  • Expand client networks and maintain good performance with existing clients.
  • Do cost estimates and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
